Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage all Equipment Finance functions and build a growing, thriving business. The ideal candidate for this role proactively seeks continuous improvement, maintains a growth mindset, applies critical thinking to understand business needs, is passionate about building the finance business, and is committed to remove barriers to achieve the future vision. This is a full-time, in-person role, located in Boise Idaho.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, manage and build equipment finance team to achieve growth goals.
- Translate the company vision into a meaningful equipment finance vision and build the resources needed.
- Forecasting and collaboration with executive team members.
- Develop and implement product and sales strategies.
- Measure and continuously refine the equipment finance strategy.
- Continuously increase value to customers through feedback loops (internal & external) creating long-term relationships and profitability.
- Continuously build funder/vendor/investor relationships.
- Coordinate implementation of platforms to streamline workflows.
Previous Experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a sales leadership position.
- Experience building a business unit, preferably in coordination with leadership vision.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, time management, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication (various modalities).
- Collaboration at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Experience in independent equipment finance, or related field, preferred.
- Some travel may be required (less than 15% of the time).
