Finish Assembler
Department: Fabrication | Location: Boise, ID
Job Description
The Manufacturing Assembler works in the Finish department, to fully complete all Trinity trailers for delivery to the customer. Assemblers have the option to be promoted and increase their hourly salary as they learn new skills. The ideal candidate for this position is committed to their role, able to work well with others, and has strong communication skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary steps in the trailer assembly process including drilling, installation, and trimming
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure all work performed meets company quality standards
- Complete necessary checklists to affirm process completions
- Displays an attitude of cooperation and work harmoniously with all levels of company employees
- Adhere to company policies, rules and promote safety standards
- Perform work according to blueprints and change orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
