HAULING MULCH
AND
 RECYCLING

Versatility Meets Durability

Do you haul or process wood, tires, paper, card board, crushed glass, auto fluff, bagasse, demolition, or metal slag? Hauling these products used to be left to shuffle floor and dump-style trailers. These trailers lack versatility, and can present dangers to your operation when they are unloading. That is why companies all across North America are hauling their mulch and recycling products with a 61” or 48” belt EAGLE BRIDGE® trailer or 48” belt EAGLEBED® truck body.

The EAGLE BRIDGE trailer or 48” belt EAGLEBED truck body are perfect for hauling landscaping material and processed wood products like wood chip, mulch and lignin. No need to wait 15-20 minutes for a shuffle floor to unload or wait for the tipper to be available. Pull up and unload in as little as 2 minutes, and get back on the road. With the chain and flap conveyor belt doing all the hard work, you can spend your time lining up new contracts and backhauling more.

  • Easily switch between hauling wood chips, to mulch, to gravel, sand, soil, and more
  • High capacity options for lighter products
  • Safety options like remotes, backup lights and signals
  • Offset or “high lift” door for unloading high-piled product

Autofluff is generally all the non-metal components of the car that are unrecyclable. The consistency is similar to mulch, however higher abrasion to the liners. When it comes to moving autofluff, volume is only one factor to keep in mind. The stainless steel, flexible construction of our trailers will be ideal when you take the road less traveled to bypass the tippers and dump trailers. With EAGLE BRIDGE you can know you have the right tool for the job by customizing:

  • UHMW liners are recommended and can be up to ½” thick
  • Remotes for added safety at the unload facility / landfill
  • High-speed hydraulic motors for unloading efficiently
  • Options for front to back or side to side tarp systems

Bagasse is used as a paper product fiber, as well as cattle feed. Hauling this sugar cane and sorghum byproduct in a Trinity EAGLE BRIDGE is safer and more efficient than dump trailers, since bagasse closely resembles a wet silage. The Trinity trailer is lightweight, requires no tipping, can offload the product regardless of overhead obstructions or dangers, and can haul other products easily too.

Tough as Nails

Heavy field and road use is no match for our stainless steel trailers. Residue from winter hauling and road chemicals have little effect, and carbon steel components are marine-grade coated to reduce rust buildup. Our trailers are designed to be durable enough to handle the toughest applications year-after-year.

Lightweight But Strong

Designed to be the lightest weight and most durable belt trailers on the market, our trailers are sometimes as much as a ton lighter than the competition, allowing for higher payloads and greater throughput. The frameless design also prevents materials from sticking over time and weighing the trailer down.

Efficient Unloading

Unload in minutes—safe from overhead obstructions, high winds, or product sticking. With high-torque motors and rugged, high-tensile components, the EAGLE BRIDGE matches dump trailers for unload speed while ensuring easy, safe operation in and out of tight spaces.

We have been running our Trinity trailer for almost 20 years. We’ve had other trailers in the past and Trinity has proven time and time again how reliable it is. Customer service is top notch and they make it super easy to access whatever parts you may need. Our driver loves the maneuverability of the trailer. He’s able to get into areas other trailers can’t. We can’t wait to add another to our fleet someday.
