Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team, which maintains and services Trinity manufacturing equipment, buildings and grounds. This team member also manages various third party relationships integral to business and plant operations. The ideal candidate for this role has a robust understanding of maintenance skills and processes, has a keen eye for detail, and previous, proven success directing multiple projects at the same time.Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage maintenance team
- Ensure well-kept, crisp-looking facilities at all Company locations
- Proactively monitor performance of equipment ensuring it is well-maintained and repaired or replaced as needed to meet Company standards
- Provide effective equipment training to new and existing employees as required for their essential job functions
- Effectively translate company vision as outlined by the V/TO into actionable direction for the team
- Use measurable data and project tracking tools to drive accountability and results
- Assess maintenance requests as they are submitted to prioritize and ensure great communications occur
- Manage third party resources and relationships for business continuity
- Collaborate with Safety Manager to ensure safety projects and practices are supported by maintenance work
- Continuously improve maintenance processes, workflows, and team performance
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and ability to lead others effectively
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, including database entry
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel, and Google Documents and Sheets
