Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Trinity Trailer Mfg., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate has some experience utilizing maintenance hand tools safely. The Maintenance Technician will complete light maintenance duties with the maintenance team and often collaborate on projects with other Maintenance Technicians and team Supervisors. Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including but not limited to programming locks, moving offices/furniture, hanging pictures and whiteboards, and painting.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner and leave the job site clean and ready for use.
- Perform grounds duties including but not limited to trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care.
- Perform light plumbing duties.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Identify and solve problems, and learn to utilize sound judgment to facilitate repairs.
- Complete other duties and tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Utilize maintenance hand tools safely.
- Read and interpret documents as intended.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Communicate information effectively.
- Multitask, manage time, and work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
