Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator helps create cohesion between all marketing functions for Trinity companies. The marketing team is responsible for proactively developing and designing the marketing strategy to support the success and execution of sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, is detail oriented, is capable of solving problems creatively, and will always find a solution. The ideal candidate for this position is innately organized, finds comfort in the small details, and doesn’t stay stuck by finding solutions when unexpected needs arise.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross functionally to deliver quality event planning and execution by:
- Maintaining events calendar
- Coordinating travel accommodations
- Working with vendors on logistics and timing
- Managing short term and long term marketing projects
- Assist with organic social media administration and planning
- Coordinate content development for print and web
Minimum Requirements:
- Effective communication (various modalities)
- Effective time management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Some travel is required (<25% of the time)
Education and Experience:
- Preferred 2 years events experience
- Experience working with a CRM
