Parts Sales Associate

Job Description
The Parts Sales Associate collaborates with customers to provide quotes, coordinate parts ordering and delivery, and answers customer questions. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent communicator, has some mechanical aptitude, and is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. In addition to selling parts, this role supports the Service team with daily operations and helping greet local customers.Essential Responsibilities:
- Receive customer requests
- Process/invoice orders
- Follow up customer contacts
- Maintenance kits
- Leads
- Past due escalations
- Customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google suites
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Fluent in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with engineering drawings, SQL, ERP, and CRM preferred
- Experience in point-of-sale systems is a plus
