Parts Sales Coordinator

Job Description
The Parts Sales Coordinator ensures accurate, timely, and disciplined execution of all approved parts orders while protecting margin and continuously improving the parts order process. This seat serves as the operational gatekeeper for parts orders and owns the feedback loop that strengthens systems, pricing discipline, and cross-functional clarity. The ideal candidate for this position is organized, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Order Execution & Accuracy

Own order entry and validation following quote approval (CO creation, system accuracy)

Verify part compatibility, pricing application, customer details, and fulfillment requirements

Maintain clean, accurate records across all parts systems
Authority & Control

Act as the order-accuracy gatekeeper, with authority to stop or delay orders when discrepancies exist

Enforce approved pricing and protect margin—no unauthorized pricing changes
Issue Ownership

Own parts issues end-to-end through resolution, regardless of origin

Coordinate internally to resolve errors, delays, shortages, or discrepancies

Communicate the resolution clearly and close the loop
Pricing Execution

Apply, enforce, and protect approved pricing structures

Review orders for pricing accuracy and escalation when inconsistencies arise
Feedback Loop & Process Improvement

Identify recurring issues, breakdowns, or inefficiencies

Bring patterns, root causes, and recommendations into L10

Collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing, and product to strengthen systems and prevent repeat errors
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support Parts Sales by removing operational friction post-quote approval

Share customer and order feedback that improves product, pricing, or process decisions
