Service Technician
Department: Service | Location: Pasco, WA
Job Description
The Service Technician works with a team to service and repair Trinity trailers and other agricultural equipment. This role is responsible for on-time and quality repairs, as directed by the team lead. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated by meeting their goals, tenacious in their approach and takes great pride in their work.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned service work as assigned by the Team Lead
- Diagnose and complete work including (but not limited to) electrical, ABS, air and hydraulic components, testing brakes, axle and suspension maintenance, fabrication and welding
- Upkeep a tidy and clean work environment
- Perform inspections on new jobs to ensure full scope assessed and the customer is taken care of
Education and Experience:
- Previous success with mechanical aptitude
- Experience working to a schedule, successfully
- Prior experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Repair and test electrical, ABS, air, and hydraulic components
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with customer and business standards
- Previous welding experience strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of basic hand tools and pneumatic tools
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
