Trinity trailers were designed to haul ag commodities. Good thing, too, because the agricultural industry offers the most wide ranging haul applications that belt trailers experience — from the type of product hauled to the rugged terrain and tough country road conditions. In these environments, a good belt trailer must be strong, flexible, lightweight and require very little maintenance.
The Trinity EagleBridge design allows our belt trailers to flex under heavy loads — up to 36 degrees — in the field or while making tight turns in the feedlot.
Rock chips from high speed off-road hauling are easily deflected and ignored by our stainless steel construction. Residue from winter hauling and road chemicals have little effect on a stainless steel trailer.
Trinity trailer sidewalls and floors are made of continuous stainless steel designed to handle the toughest loading applications.
When switching commodities and contamination is a factor, our easy to wash design makes this process quick and easy.
They are not aluminum, so you won’t need pop guns and rivets. That means you don’t have to worry about expensive and time consuming repairs if you have a slight mishap in the field.
PERFECT FOR SUGAR BEETS
Hauling sugar beets can be tough on most belt trailers. Beware of those other trailers that weld their sidewalls to their floors. They break apart during loading and crack out under load if asked to flex. Not Trinity.
Many beet dumps or silage pits need a fast unload and won’t allow the driver to leave the cab. Our Eagletron Remote Control system was designed with those applications in mind.
Because Ag haulers sometimes unload in a wide variety of places we offer 7 /12 HP Electric unload as well as PTO unload. Sometimes Ag Haulers use a truck without PTO wet kit hydraulics so we offer a 20 HP Honda Gas unload system. Cover all your options and install all three systems on the same trailer.
TOUGH AS NAILS. GENTLE AS A FEATHER. AND PERFECT FOR POTATOES.
A good ag trailer has to be strong but gentle. Potatoes are among the most fragile commodities. We can offer a wide variety of options to meet your specific needs. Most common potato belt widths include 25”, 31” and 36”.
We offer multiple shaft mounts and tailfin combinations and specially designed spud doors that can operate manually or hydraulically.
Spud bumps in conjunction with wider belts can be added to reduce surging and bruising. Insulation options are available for cold weather applications including our new belt enclosure system.
Anti-bruise options are available with raised floor, narrower cross bars and overlap liners.
A TRIPLE THREAT
AGRI-FLEX trailers with their 48” or 61” belt, low side wall loading side and patented electric tarp are the right way to go if you want one trailer that can handle silage, manure, dirt, cattle feed , and load into an ag bag.
If you’re hauling grains or granular fertilizers you’ll appreciate our real door seals and probably need a grain transition funnel.
As you consider the perfect trailer for your haul, we’ve recommended some popular trailers for hauling different agricultural commodities.
