HAULING FERTILIZER
Built to Handle Your Most Corrosive Loads
Longevity Meets Hard Working
Hauling fertilizer is not for the faint of heart, and certainly not for aluminum or carbon steel trailers. You need a corrosion resistant, heavy duty, yet easy to clean trailer. A stainless steel, easy-to-clean, lightweight EAGLE BRIDGE® or AGRI-FLEX® is the ideal trailer for this corrosive application. Our trailers are highly versatile, built to last for decades, and are designed to unload quickly and clean up with a simple power washing. Hauling sticky, corrosive material is no problem for a Trinity. Click to see the best trailers for what you haul:
You know what all chickens have in common? Litter. Hauling chicken litter from a chicken house to a field or storage location requires speed and efficiency at pickup and drop off. It also requires a trailer that can handle the corrosive properties of litter, uneven field approaches, and higher payloads to increase profitability, without the danger of tipping.
Most former dump trailer operators say litter is one of the most tedious products to haul, as litter can vary in consistency from load to load. When litter sticks in the corners of a dump trailer, it will likely tip.
The EAGLE BRIDGE trailer is made primarily of stainless steel, is lightweight without sacrificing strength, flexes 36 degrees, unloads in minutes, and requires no tipping making it the longest lasting, safest, and most profitable belt trailer on the market.
Compost comes in many different consistencies, moisture content, and can include a mixture of various products like manure, green waste, and litter, to name a few. Regardless of the contents, you need a trailer that can haul compost and manure, wet or dry, and keep your operation moving forward.
The reason customers switch to a Trinity EAGLE BRIDGE trailer is for its ease of use, and durability to stand up to the grueling conditions they operate in. Adding remotes and electric tarps can turn the dusty unload process into a safe and comfortable experience for your driver. When it comes to maximizing payload and efficiency, Trinity leads the way, and has been for the past 50 years.
Municipalities across North America have spent significant time and taxpayer dollars building facilities to process the solids from waste water. Some cities have advanced de-watering processes, and some do not. Dump trailers have typically been used to haul biosolids, but this poses a challenge when it comes to unloading. When product sticks in the front corners of a dump trailer, the only safe way to clean it out is with a shovel. Not ideal.
But there is a better way. Trinity EAGLE BRIDGE self-unloading trailers present many advantages, including: there is no tipping required; remotes keep your drivers out of harm's way and away from the product; and the optional moisture containment and flap containment systems prevent excess moisture and product from falling on the road.
Hauling sulfuric acid, lime, nitrogen, or other granular fertilizers requires a tough trailer built to handle these highly corrosive and concentrated products.
Trinity trailers are the only stainless steel live bottom trailer on the market. The frameless design gives the trailer flexibility in and out of the field, while the steel structure makes the trailer corrosion resistant to extend the life, durability, and profitability of the trailer.
With the optional full-width suspension return plastic, you can protect your hoses and airbags from accumulating product as the flaps return to the front of the trailer. With many products varying in weight, you may consider optional bluetooth scales.
Versatility Meets Durability

Corrosion Resistant
Hauling fertilizer makes corrosion a major concern. Our stainless steel trailers easily handle any acids and corrosive chemicals in the product, as well as those sprayed on roads in the winter, to keep you hauling for years to come. Our trailers are designed to be the most durable on the market.

Fast and Safe Unload
The unload system on a Trinity belt trailer is designed to unload fast with no tipping. Pair a wired or wireless remote with your trailer’s unload system for added safety and convenience to easily operate the rear door and conveyor system from inside the safety of your truck cab.

Lightweight + Heavy Duty
The frameless EAGLE BRIDGE design delivers the heaviest payloads while remaining a light weight trailer. Delivering a dense product followed by a backhaul of light product will give you versatility in your business and will deliver profitability load after load, year after year.

LINER OPTIONS
Our liners are HMW or UHMW plastic with the floor liner welded to the side liner. This welded plastic bin liner not only assures a fast and clean unload, it also insulates the bins and helps capture moisture. When dripping is a more serious concern, options for air actuated front seals and front and rear moisture containment tanks are available.

MOISTURE CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
If you are hauling a product with high moisture content, you may want to consider a moisture containment system. Liquid can leak from the front and rear of the trailer. Trinity has carefully designed a sealed kingpin assembly and two separate catch tanks at the front and rear of the trailer to collect moisture coming off of the load. The optional pneumatic seals are also available to create an even tighter seal by pressing a rubber and metal seal tightly against the belt.

FLAP CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
Although scraper bars mounted at the rear of the trailer help clean small amounts of product from the flaps, extra sticky products may still stick to flaps. We offer an easy-to-clean Flap Enclosure System that conceals flaps and catches any loose product before it can fall to the road.
