Trinity AGRI-FLEX® belt trailers are a true triple threat. They’re designed to replace your chain drag, side dump, and shuffle floor trailers. Built with high-strength stainless steel — making them more rugged AND more flexible — they are more versatile and cost efficient than any other ag trailer on the market. 

With all of the flexibility and durability of the EAGLE BRIDGE® trailer, the AGRI-FLEX features a higher sidewall on one side (road or curbside) for easily chopping silage in the field, and can unload in minutes. In the decades of building them, our hay and silage trailers have earned a reputation of longevity and reliability while being tested in the toughest of conditions.

 

Traditional low volume hay and silage trailers can only be built up to 36 feet long before they begin to suffer from severe cracking and constant maintenance problems. They are also heavy and expensive per cubic yard hauled. AGRI-FLEX belt trailers are strong enough to be safely loaded in the field, carry higher payloads, and unload into ag bags, all while reducing cracking due to the flexible, frameless design compared to that of rigid frame trailers.

If you feed cattle, then you probably haul manure. Get rid of that heavy, low capacity, side dump trailer and replace it with an AGRI-FLEX belt trailer. The Standard Options Are Anything But Standard

AGRI-FLEX trailers are customizable, just like an EAGLE BRIDGE, but come standard with the most common features our silage customers want. Available in 48” and 61” belt widths, and lengths from 30 to 53 feet, the AGRI-FLEX is designed to accommodate a wide variety of commodities and products, and provide the most efficient unloading experience.

An electric tarp and top hinge door are standard with all AGRI-FLEX belt trailers. The typical 44 ft long 61” belt  AGRI-FLEX weighs just 15,000 pounds.

AGRI-FLEX trailers come in two different belt widths, including 48” and 61” to accommodate a combination of feed, seed, and fertilizer material. Though the design is primarily for loading silage in the field, versatility is at the heart of what we do.
