For decades, onion growers, haulers, and processors have relied on outdated board puller trailers to move their valuable cargo. PROTECT YOUR PEOPLE AND YOUR PRODUCE
Trinity’s self-unloading belt trailers were designed to deliver your produce while keeping your people and your crop out of harm’s way. Our technology removes your employees from the inside of the trailer and away from its moving parts, virtually eliminating the risk of injuries and accidents during unloading.
Your onions are protected too. The 61” belt width on this trailer allows the whole load to come back at once, so the onions on the bottom of the trailer will not sit and spin, which reduces peeling.

Trinity customers in Alberta, Canada, are currently using this model and have proven, via quality control grading and incident reporting that it causes less damage, on average, than typical board puller trailers, while providing a renewed level of safety to your valuable employees.
INCREASE PAYLOAD
Safely haul more onions faster with our 70 cubic yard capacity trailer. It has approximately 10 cubic yards more capacity than average board pullers, and can haul up to 75-80 cubic yards when heaped.
ACCELERATED UNLOADING
Trinity’s custom onion trailer can unload in under 5 minutes, much faster than a board puller trailer, but can also throttle down to meet the demands of slower handling equipment. Control the rear door and belt rotation easily, either from the standard manifold controls at the rear or optional wired or wireless remote controls from the safety of the truck.
