Job Summary:
The manufacturing engineer role exists to drive operational excellence and material efficiency by developing, implementing, and improving standardized manufacturing processes. This role focuses on reducing waste and increasing consistency in production performance, enabling the organization to scale efficiently while maintaining product quality and cost targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes and tooling.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, SCM, and Quality teams.
- Standardize and document production procedures.
- Reduce material waste and track scrap metrics.
- Implements design changes and prototypes into production workflows.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Trinity or similar manufacturing design and production.
- Proven ability to scale and systematize processes.
- Capable of communicating within all levels of the business from senior leaders to new employees.
- Proven success cross-collaborating in a fast-pace environment.
