Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage all sales and marketing functions. The ideal candidate proactively seeks continuous improvement, maintains a growth mindset, applies critical thinking to understand business needs and is passionate about building a cohesive, thriving sales and marketing team. This is a full-time, in-person role, located in Boise Idaho.
- Effectively lead, manage and build sales and marketing teams to achieve company growth goals; includes multiple business units.
- Translate the company vision into a meaningful, executable team vision.
- Continuously increase value to customers through feedback loops (internal & external) creating long-term relationships and profitability.
- Structure the team and provide resources (people, time, technology) to consistently achieve company goals.
- Pipeline oversight from lead generation through product delivery.
- Forecasting and collaboration with executive team members using data from enterprise software systems.
- Build and implement product and sales strategies.
- Build team structure to deliver great customer experiences.
- Minimum 8 years work experience in a sales leadership role.
- Experience building a team in coordination with leadership vision.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, time management, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication (various modalities).
- Collaboration at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Experience in industrial manufactured or transportation equipment preferred.
- Some travel may be required (less than 20% of the time).
