Meet Parts Supervisor Alex Saldivar
Alex was born in Weiser and moved to Boise when he was five years old. He is a big fan of the outdoors and loves spending time outside. “I like to golf and fly fish,” Alex says. “I especially love fishing in the Boise River. It’s so close and the river is the perfect place to relax and decompress after a busy day.”
If anyone knows how to get trailers fixed and back on the road quickly, it’s Alex Saldivar. He’s the new parts supervisor at Trinity Trailer. Alex has been working in the parts department as a parts advisor for the past three years.
“I’m excited to move into this new role and I love helping Trinity customers,” Alex says. “When they need parts, I know how to help them and who to call. Our team gets issues resolved quickly. If customers have a trailer that’s not working the way it should, we do everything we can to make it right. Trinity’s customer service is second to none.”

Part of what makes Alex ideal for his new role is his history in customer service and serving others. He’s worked in jobs that have helped him hone his people and service skills since high school.
“I’ve always been a people person,” he says. “I learned early on about the importance of customer service and keeping customers happy.”

Looking toward the future
Alex is excited about the growth happening at Trinity. He looks forward to helping the parts department expand in the future. “We have a great team here that knows how to take care of customers,” he says. “As time goes on more people will come to know our legendary service.”
